"Pentagon pride ourselves on being in the best position to provide compliant solutions which fully meet customer needs.  Through developing a great working relationship with the ASM team over the years Pentagon were really pleased to see that ASM were planning a significant upgrade with their Sequoia system which would allow us to arrange our customs clearances in a more user-friendly efficient way.

Knowing that upgrades can cause significant downtime Pentagon worked very closely with the ASM Migration team to plan an extremely smooth transition through arranging significant database House-keeping  and arranging bespoke training sessions in advance of us going live as this ensured a flawless transition.

In-order for the upgrade to take place the anticipated downtime was 2 hours and we had a fully functioning system at the end of those 2 hours which was fantastic. The ASM helpdesk were on-hand to support our Operators with any issues/queries that they had and we are pleased to say that we’d didn’t have to call upon their services very much at all!
