CDS Release 4.5.0.5 - Important Guidance
CDS Release 4.5.0.5 is due to be delivered on 16th August.
When declaring Document Code A031 in Data Element (DE) 2/3 a document ID must be declared, along with status code AC. Failure to declare a document ID will cause the declaration to be rejected.
When a trader declares AI Code MOVE2 in DE 2/2 at item level on a C21i Customs Clearance Request (CCR), then APC 71M must also be declared in DE 1/11. Failure to declare APC 71M in DE 1/11 when AI Code MOVE2 is declared in DE 2/2 will cause the CCR to be rejected
A number of Location of Goods codes are also being added. These will be published as updates in Appendix 16 once they are ready to be used.
